With over a decade of experience in financial services—including mortgage and consumer lending, insurance, tax preparation, and branch operations—Domonique brings a strategic, organized, and people-focused approach to the firm’s operations and client services.

In her leadership role, she oversees the daily functions of the brokerage, supports agent development, and implements seamless systems that enhance the client experience from start to finish. A proud New York native, Domonique has called North Carolina home for over a decade. She is a dedicated member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and is passionate about community engagement, mentorship, and building lasting relationships grounded in trust and transparency. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Carolina Lynx girls’ travel basketball team.
